Here's a quick little breakfast, snack or pick-me-up that I made with some staples I had in the house. Super tasty, a little sweet, a little tart and a lot satisfying. Non-fat milk, non-fat yogurt and light cream cheese make this smoothie nearly guilt-free, too.
Any combination of berries or fruit would work. Just think of your favorite cheesecake, and go crazy!
Berry Cheesecake Smoothie

Ingredients (1 serving)
- 1 1/2 c frozen mixed berries
- 1/2 c non-fat plain yogurt
- 2 T non-fat milk
- 1 T light cream cheese
- 1/2 pkg no calorie sweetner (optional)
Place all ingredients, except the Splenda, in a blender and puree until completely blended. Add more milk if necessary to gain the right consistency. Pour the smoothie into a bowl or glass and add the sweetner if desired to bring out the "cheesecake" flavor.
